    it is undoubtedly a fabulous and incredible option when you are in dubai. accommodating and incredible staff with all comfort and services necessary, everything is excellent. the location is incredible, 1 km from the walk. have a drink at the pool bar.

    Views are not so great.

    Welcoming and friendly staff. Spacious room and bathroom, quick response from room service and room dining. Excellent breakfast.

    Fairly quiet and elegant rooms.

    Wonderful accommodation with very careful and incredibly welcoming staff members who are attentive to providing the detailed level of service. Great and lovely location, next door to Atelier M, loved this place. Found in the wonderful area not far from Address Dubai Marina, a sports bar, and local areas.

    nothing , sorry the hotel is not up to 5 star services, i had dinner late time after this few hour i go hospitel vrey bad food wow unforgtable stay and 1 more thing the light come over all room during day you cant sleep if want thatThe Address Dubai Marina is only new name have no experience,

    resecption they are totaly unhelpful , and they dont know how deal with gusts

    The infinity pool with a great view of the marina was a highlight, and the gym facilities were great. My experience with the spa was amazing-Shirley was super professional! They also have direct access to Marina Mall, super convenient.

    Great location with direct mall access.

    I cannot believe how terrible the service was. The check-in process took an excruciating 45 minutes, with only one counter open. To make matters worse, no one offered an apology or a simple drink during that miserable wait. The remote control in the room was broken, and it took an hour to fix the temperature in a freezing room. Multiple calls for plates and cutlery left me waiting 45 minutes for cold food. The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful, unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber.

    The room was spacious and had fine views of the marina. Super clean with a cozy vibe, made lounging really enjoyable. Direct access to the mall was fantastic for quick snacks or shopping. A well-maintained space that felt luxurious.

    It has an easy access to Marina mall, their housekeeping are friendly and very clean.

    We had an early check in and the hotel staff knows that, we arrived at 10:30am and we got the rooms at 2:00 pm which was very exhausting with 3 kids one of them is 16 months, the room services very slow, and furniture was scratched and old although we were told that the hotel was just opened,the air-condition location was exactly in front of the bed which wasn't comfortable at all and made me sick for 2 weeks after.

    Room service was good and reasonably priced. The pool area was nice and relaxing.

    There is no proper reception desk (just 3 normal office desks). We found this arrangement rather difficult. Also, we booked a Grand room with balcony but did not get it - just a standard room.

    The rooms were very clean and the hotel is quite new. The location of the hotel is just amazing with the view over the Dubai Marina. The hotel has access to/from the Dubai Marina Shopping Mall, which saved me lot of time than traveling to the nearest mall for shopping.

    The only thing that is missing in this Hotel is the beach, I believe for the same price here you can find amazing deals in equivalent hotels just on the bay (beach).
